Five Points something

I start this post with no particular thought. Just to scribble whatever flows thru the pen (fingers). 'musings', random thoughts, week's summary etc could have suited more for title.

So here we go
1. Happy Easter to everyone. Many of my friends had a long weekend here but not me. Ironic as it may sound, our India facility was closed on Good Friday and Good Friday wasn't an official holiday here in the US, so we were working full day.

2. Got a hair cut on Saturday, i wanted to do it on Sunday but i sensed well in time that the barber shop wud be closed for Easter. This time i had to let my head in the hands of a new 'hair dresser' (i feel the word 'barber' doesnt suit on girls). As i try a new hairstyle everytime i step into the barber shop (oh there again), i asked for the catalogue/book and this lady was completely taken by surprise. Guess she might be expecting only preselected options like 'long/short/medium' and vrooooom runs the clipper and swoop swap sweep go the scissors. In the end, i did NOT end up getting a haircut to my desire. So that's about it.

3. I started this post on Easter but it cudn't proceed beyond a point and a half. So today trying to get to make it crawl further.

4. Take ur pick - Which is the most irritating form of work that you absolutely hate but at the same time can not do away with
a. Washing the soiled utensils and cleaning kitchen
b. Pressing (ironing) your clothes (on same day as washing, on Day 2, on Day 3.. )
c. Cleaning Bathroom, vacuuming the whole apartment
d. Sorting the heaps of flyers/pamphlets/so-called-deals that keep getting posted to ur mailbox

5. This week's been pretty busy and so will be whatever is still left of it. BTW, cooking-for-fun days are now over. These days i cook only when essential or when i m weary of maggi.
